Who we are

Multitrado is a product of HomeCert Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with number 09821104. HomeCert Ltd is the data controller for the details on this page. You can reach us at hello@multitrado.co.uk.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we keep your name, your work email address and the answers you give to the questions on the form: firm name, trades you cover, number of engineers, what you use today. We also note the date and the page you signed up on.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you: it counts pages viewed, and records the country, browser and referring site, in aggregate.

Why we use it

We use your details only to tell you about Multitrado: when it opens, early access, and questions about how your firm works so we build the right thing. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's kept and who handles it

Sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet and sent to our inbox, both in our Google Workspace account. The site is hosted by Vercel. Google and Vercel process data for us under contract and may do so outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or 12 months after Multitrado opens to new firms, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@multitrado.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
